We are looking for a experienced Bench Jeweler. We are a locally owned small Jewelry Store looking for same help behind the Bench. We are a small team so you will be involved in other work fields as well which makes this job diversified.
Job Responsibilities:
•Perform the needed repairs to each customer order as instructed.
•Understand and maintain proper and efficient levels of shop and minor repair supplies (gemstones, metals, tools, safety equipment etc.) as needed to complete the jobs and maintain a full service shop.
•Maintain and use all bench tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
•Maintain neatly organized bench tools and equipment on the Bench Jeweler’s bench.
•Ensure all safety and environmental protocol is followed.
•Consult customers with their needed repair.
•Showing and selling jewelry (here and there)
•Invoice customers for their repair
Qualifications:
•Sizing rings, up and down, working with all precious metals including Platinum, Gold, White Gold and Silver.
•Basic stone setting and stone tightening skills.
•Soldering knowledge and ability to work with all metal types and solder flow temperatures.
•Cares about people and enjoys creating relationships.
•Driven to deliver a customer experience that exceeds their expectations.
•Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to learn and apply a variety of policies and procedures.

•Jewelry repair: 2 years (Required)
