How will you make an impact?

•Realize the diagnostics and quick services of all the watches arriving in the boutique within a lead-time of 1 day
•Realize the following repairs which have been asked and validated by the client considering the authorization level given by the brand: quick service (Battery exchange, strap exchange, etc.), maintenance services (waterproof service, component exchanges), total overhauls
•Maintenance of stock watches of the boutique considering the authorization level given by the brand
•Respect the workflow and the lead-times for the repairs done in the boutique
•Perform the quality control of all the watches received back from the manufacture and the platform (functional and esthetical)
•Realize the maintenance of all the tools, machines and equipment provided by the Maison or by Richemont
•Propose important investments to provide a well working business
•Manage the creation, upgrades, and re-orders for all the kit boxes in the boutique
•Realize the needed interventions at the time of sale (adjustments, strap exchanges, battery exchanges, …)
•Assist the sales-staff of the boutique (reply technical questions, train boutique staff on new models and other technical topics, be present for boutique events, etc.)
•Regularly share of ideas, challenges, and solutions with the line manager of the platform

How will you experience success with us?

•Wostep certification (CFC-4 or equivalent) with previous experience on a high-end watch brand
•Be able to repair complicated watches on a high-end level
•Be solutions oriented
•Possess excellent interpersonal skills
•Demonstrate flexibility and availability
•Accept constructive criticism and give feedback
