Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their repair or service concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow timeframes to exceed client expectations on submitted repairs.
  • Assign repair jobs to correct destination: in-house, hub-location, or factory.
  • Ensure correct mark ups are used in all jobs to keep or exceed established gross margin plan.
  • Support watchmaker or jeweler by facilitating their workload, setting job due dates, ordering supplies and parts needed to perform each job.
  • Establish a quality control process.
  • Call clients with estimates or ready jobs.
  • Ensure that invoices from watchmakers, jewelers and outside vendors are stamped with the correct GL codes, and forwarded to Accounts Payables on time.

Essential Experience & Knowledge

  • Qualified candidates must possess strong organizational, customer service and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is necessary.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is required.
