YOUR MISSION
Your mission will be to ensure the complete repair of our watches within a team motivated by quality and a goal of productivity. Thus, you will take care of the repair of the watches by intervening on mechanical calibers, automatic and chronographs. You will also analyze the exterior of the watches and will have to provide useful information that can be passed on to the client regarding the intervention.
In parallel, you will collaborate in the continuous improvement of the operation of the workshop and will constantly improve your level by training. Finally, you will ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of work tools.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
For the benefit of a watchmaker CFC or a diploma deemed equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service. You master the simple movements until the Chronograph. You control the setting and the completion. Passionate, you have a good ability to analyze problems. Listening, you have a good open mind.
