We are a growing integrated manufacturer of high performance titanium tool watches based in Tucson, AZ. Seeking a watchmaker to work on both automatic mechanical and temperature compensated quartz assemblies of new watches, service of the same, and participate in several ongoing R&D projects. This is a full-time, on-site position but we offer flexible hours, paid vacation, annual bonuses, and a focused but relaxed work environment. We do not work on quotas and never rush our work because quality is our primary objective. The watchmakers suite in our facility offers floor to ceiling windows (north facing), palm tree views, and two brand new custom workstations that can be configured in a multitude of ways to meet your ergonomic preferences.
