Naifeh Fine Jewelry is hiring a full-time production bench jeweler. Naifeh Fine Jewelry
Bench Jewelers are primarily responsible for executing repairs and custom design jewelry work at a level consistent with Naifeh Fine Jewelry’s timeline and quality standards. They must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within jewelry manufacturing and can execute a variety of production techniques with semi-precious and precious materials, including but not limited to fabrication, all manners of stone setting, laser soldering, and finish work.
Our Ideal Candidate o Strong bench jeweler skills – soldering, polishing, assembly, setting of diamonds and colored gems o Trains on Naifeh Fine Jewelry products and follows the steps taught by experienced jewelers with Naifeh Fine Jewelers to create/repair jewelry daily o Maintains Naifeh Fine Jewelry’s quality standards and meets due dates o Maintains consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work o Consistently follows safety procedures o Willing to assist and lead in maintenance of Design Lab and shop equipment o Demonstrates dexterity, excellent eye-hand coordination, pays attention to detail o Laser welder or arc welder, stamping and engraving experience are all a plus o Must have excellent communication skills since you will be working as part of a team. o Willing to help a growing company that produces a large amount of jewelry and repairs; willing to embrace repetition as a challenge or mantra. o Position is five days a week in our Design Lab at our Nichols Hills, Oklahoma location. o Minimum of 5 years professional jewelry production experience required o CAD experience is a bonus
