F Hinds have an exciting position available within our own inhouse Jewellery workshop
The workshop carries out a wide range of repairs and alterations supporting our 125+ stores but also acknowledges and supports staff with several benefits.
The successful candidate would be joining a family friendly working environment, where several other goldsmiths have worked happily for over 20+ years.
If you require additional support to enhance other bench skills F Hinds would be happy to assist with your development.
Job Role:
You would work within our workshop offering a wide range of repairs on a day-to-day basis. We would require you to work as part of a team and on an individual basis.
37.5hrs Monday – Friday
The ideal candidate must be able to competently carry out the following services.
- Basic re-joins.
- Ring sizing
- Re-tipping and claw work
- Polish and rhodium plating
- Setting work would be beneficial.
- UK Bench experience
- Experience on Micro weld
- Experience on Laser desirable
Salary
Excellent salary and benefits would depend on experience and level of skills.
Interview if offered will be:
- Bench test
Consisting of.: Use of Aquaflame soldering guns.
Simple ring repairs, Bracelets and neck chains.
