FOR OUR NEW STORE IN THE HEART OF DÜSSELDORF (KÖNIGSALLEE)
YOUR TASKS
•Carrying out repairs and revisions on high-quality calibers
•Independent processing of the repair management
•Perception of services (SAV) and consulting tasks in sales
•Checking and adjusting the watches sold
•Execution of various administrative work such as preparing offers
•Establishing and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
•Maintaining the CRM customer program and handling the corresponding IT in the area of orders and repairs
YOUR COMPETENCIES
•Completed apprenticeship as a watchmaker (m / f / d)
•Very good watchmaking skills with several years of professional experience in the upper brand segment
•Enjoyment of dealing with customers as well as a pronounced service orientation
•Precise and systematic way of working
•Confident style and a neat appearance
•Teamwork and flexible
•Very good oral and written skills in English and German
