Job Type: Watch Technician (1-year minimum experience) Full-time
Based in North Manchester, we are currently looking for an experienced Watch Technician.
Role Requirements:
Duties to include, but not limited to the following:
•It is a requirement to learn our customer service systems, deal with email, telephone and occasionally face to face. You must have a strong customer services approach and the ability to solve customer requirements in a timely and professional manner.
•To undertake watch repairs, including but not limited to, servicing and replacing modules for all calibres working on your own and as part of a team.
•To ensure the usage of spare parts is properly controlled and maintained.
•To liaise with all customers, consumers and colleagues in a manner commensurate with the image of the brand.
•To perform all watch repairs and other possible duties that may be requested, always adhering to the companies quality control and to the highest standards.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a level of watch repairing skills with reference to the movement exchange, servicing and mechanical timepieces and have the competence to replace all other watch parts.
