Duties
– Perform technical tasks and repairs as assigned
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
– Provide excellent customer service and support

Experience
-Basic Watch Repair Skills
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
– Basic math skills for calculations
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer interaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
