About the Role

As our Lead Bench Jeweler, you will play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ring Sizing and precise adjustments
  • Prong Work/Repair: Retipping and rebuilding
  • Stone Setting: Including large and fancy shapes
  • Soldering and Chain Repair
  • Polishing, Rhodium Plating, and Gold Plating
  • Comprehensive repair and refurbishment of fine jewelry
  • Familiarity with multiple findings platforms
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop and personal work area
  • Consulting with salespeople and clients on fittings and custom designs
  • Delivering work that aligns with our high standards of quality, service, and timeliness
Bench Jeweler

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a bench jeweler
  • Laser-welding experience required
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work as a team player
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Positive, energetic attitude

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
