Your New Role

As Goldsmith/ Bench Jeweller, you will join our skilled in-house team dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality service. This is a hands-on workshop role where your attention to detail, technical ability, and pride in your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and brand excellence.

You will be responsible for a range of repairs and tasks, including ring resizing, soldering, setting preparation, claw work, polishing, and assembly all completed to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with the wider team, ensuring each piece meets both client expectations and internal quality controls.

Key Job Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To)

1. Repair and create jewellery in platinum, gold, and silver

2. Secure and set stones in mounts with precision

3. Resize rings across all metal types

4. Complete full claw re-tipping and replacements

5. Assemble component parts and rebuild worn or damaged pieces

6. Perform high-quality polishing and rhodium plating

7. Carry out chain repairs and general restoration work

8. Support bespoke design and custom commissions

9. Maintain workshop tools, materials, and stock levels

10. Collaborate with sales team to meet customer expectations

11. Ensure all work meets internal quality and safety standards

12. Continuously seek improvements in craftsmanship and efficiency

Requirements

1. Proven ability to carry out basic and advanced jewellery repairs to a high standard

2. A high level of craftsmanship and strong attention to detail

3. Confidence to quote accurately for repairs and bespoke work

4. Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients

5. Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team

6. Experience with general machine and equipment maintenance

7. 5 GCSEs at Grade C (Grade 4) or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
