With Laif Anderson recently joining as our Director – Authentication & Service, we’re expanding our team in Austin to include a dedicated watchmaker who will play a key role in servicing and maintaining our collection.

What You’ll Do
- Service and maintain luxury timepieces following brand-specific guidelines.
- Test watches for precision, performance, and quality.
- Support authentication processes under the leadership of our Director – Authentication & Service.
- Perform repairs and adjustments on timepieces and bracelets.
- Refinish and polish cases and bracelets as needed.
- Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment.
- Occasionally participate in content creation (e.g., showcasing craftsmanship in videos for social media).
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled in repairing and refinishing high-end watches, cases, and bracelets.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage workflow independently.
- Calm under pressure, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
Qualifications
- Formal watchmaker education or apprenticeship required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with luxury timepieces (Rolex, Patek Philippe, AP, VC, etc.).
- Experience with case/bracelet refinishing a strong advantage.
