Gemology

Position 1: Master Jeweler (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Master Jeweler / Bench Jeweler / Goldsmith to bring designer Michael Hayes’ concepts to life from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Create wax models and/or CAD designs from original concepts
  • Fabricate fine jewelry using gold, platinum, and other precious metals
  • Set stones (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, etc.) with precision
  • Perform casting, polishing, and finishing to the highest standard
  • Work closely with the designer on custom and bespoke projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Master Jeweler, Bench Jeweler, or Goldsmith
  • Strong skills in stone setting, fabrication, soldering, and finishing
  • Experience with wax carving and/or CAD design software (MatrixGold, Rhino, or similar)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and artistry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Position 2: Repair Jeweler (Full- or Part-Time)

We’re also hiring a skilled Jewelry Repair Technician / Bench Jeweler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ring sizing, prong re-tipping, stone tightening, chain soldering, and polishing
  • Clean, inspect, and restore customer jewelry pieces
  • Assist customers in the retail area as needed
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in jewelry repair and maintenance
  • Strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
