Your tasks

  • They perform repairs and express services on renowned watch brands.
  • You will be responsible for providing advice regarding service offerings (SAV).
  • You will handle the repair management yourself.
  • They check and adjust the watches that have been sold.
  • Your responsibilities include performing various administrative tasks such as creating quotations.
  • They have direct contact with our discerning clientele

Your skills

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a watchmaker (m/f/d) with a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ).
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in the (SAV) watchmaking sector.
  • Ideally, you already have practical experience in sales.
  • They possess a strong customer and service orientation.
  • They possess strong social skills. They are team players and flexible.
  • A confident sense of style and a professional appearance are a high priority for you.
  • Good German skills and ideally good English skills complete your profile.
