Job Description
We are looking for a Watchmaker/Diagnostician for our Customer Service department. In this role, your main tasks will be: • Identifying the watch • Determining the type of service (full/partial) • Entering findings into the computer system • Diagnosing quartz, mechanical, automatic, and chronograph watches brought in for service and warranty • Changing batteries, straps, and resizing straps, and checking water resistance • Researching components using SAP • Participating in continuous improvement sessions

Required skills
Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking or equivalent qualification. Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position would be an asset. Knowledge of assembly processes is essential (dial and hand fitting/casing). Comfortable using computer tools.
Profile
Good ability to work both in a team and independently. Sense of priorities and good stress management. Analytical mind. Customer-oriented, good communication skills.
LANGUAGES
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
