Overview:
Chrono Sky is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control / Assembly & Disassembly Watch Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and quality across all timepieces serviced in our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and disassembly of Swiss luxury watches with precision and care
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections following service and repairs
- Identify and report technical issues, defects, or inconsistencies
- Ensure all timepieces meet brand standards before final delivery
- Handle components with the utmost attention to detail to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Collaborate closely with watchmakers and polishing teams to ensure optimal results
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Swiss watches (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Understanding of watch components and basic horology principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a watch service center or luxury environment
- Familiarity with quality control standards in horology
- Experience handling high-end brands
