PRESTIGE WATCH POLISHER 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Watch Polisher to join a high-end luxury service centre. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional finishing standards across both after-sales repairs and stock inventory.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the meticulous refinishing of watch cases and bracelets, ensuring all work meets stringent Swiss-level standards. This includes:

  • Full dismantling and reassembly of watch cases post-polishing
  • Restoring factory-level finishes to cases and bracelets
  • Ensuring water resistance and compliance with brand specifications
  • Carrying out basic repairs and quality control checks
  • Using specialist polishing equipment and industry-standard tools
  • Logging work and tracking production via internal systems
  • Maintaining output in line with service center targets

You will operate within a professional workshop environment, working both independently and as part of a skilled technical team.

Ongoing training and technical development will be provided, including opportunities to further enhance specialist finishing expertise.

Horologist

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience polishing and refinishing prestige watches
  • Strong technical understanding of case construction and water resistance
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless finishes
  • Able to manage workload independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Professional, reliable and quality-driven
  • Formal polishing certification is advantageous but not essential.
