Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience

Position Overview
Baltimore Watch Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Watch Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their work, and can maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Prior watchmaking or watch repair experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

● Assemble, inspect, and test watches to ensure quality and accuracy
● Assist with watch repairs, maintenance, and service operations
● Install and adjust straps, bracelets, and watch components
● Perform detailed quality control inspections on finished products
● Follow established assembly, repair, and production procedures
● Maintain accurate records of service work and inventory as needed
● Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
● Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
● Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small components
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Strong organizational skills
● Experience in watch repair, jewelry, electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly is a plus, but not required

Schedule
● Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
● Rotating Saturdays: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
● Occasional events
