Title: Watchmaker – Restoration & Timing Adjuster (M/F)
Mission
In this role, reporting to the International Customer Service Division, you will be responsible for performing timing adjustments on historical watches (produced between 1839 and 1970) during their restoration.

Responsibilities
•Perform technical diagnostics regarding the timing adjustment phase.
•Start up and adjust balance wheels (with flat and Breguet hairsprings), ensuring optimal quality while adhering to assembly and inspection processes.
•Ensure compliance of final finishing functions.
•Perform aesthetic, technical, and dimensional inspections of the timing adjustment components to meet our quality standards.
Profile
•Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Watchmaker-Restorer (Horloger Rhabilleur) or equivalent.
•At least 5 years of experience in the restoration/servicing of high-end timepieces.
•Mastery of timing adjustment operations is essential.
•Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and precision.
•Ability to work in a team (pairing), with a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.
•Ability to communicate constructively and a willingness to engage in self-reflection.
