We are looking for A master watchmaker.
the ideal candidate is a top-tier horological artisan who is responsible for diagnosing, assembling, regulating, and restoring high-end, complex mechanical timepieces.

Core Responsibilities
- Complex Repairs: Perform complete mechanical overhauls, repairs, and adjustments on manual-wind, automatic, and chronograph movements.
- High Complications: Service delicate mechanisms such as tourbillons, perpetual calendars, and minute repeaters.
- Restoration: Rebuild or restore vintage, antique, or rare timepieces, occasionally fabricating small missing components using specialized lathes.
- Quality Control: Conduct water-resistance tests, timing/rate evaluations using chronoscopes, and final visual inspections.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, repair histories, and client communication notes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of professional watch bench experience working with luxury Swiss brands (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Cartier).
- Certification: Industry-recognized credentials such as WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program), AWCI (American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute), or SAWTA are highly preferred.
