Weston Jewelers is seeking an experienced Watch Technician to join our Watch Service Center at our Weston Town Center location.
For 25 years, Weston Jewelers has built a reputation for exceptional service, craftsmanship and lasting client relationships. Our Watch Service Center provides expert care for fine Swiss timepieces, with watchmakers trained and certified by some of the world’s leading luxury watch brands.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled watchmaker with extensive technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose and evaluate mechanical and quartz luxury timepieces to determine appropriate service and repair needs
- Perform a full range of watch services, from battery replacements and routine maintenance to complete movement overhauls
- Disassemble, assess, repair, clean, lubricate, reassemble and regulate mechanical movements
- Perform case and bracelet polishing and refinishing, crystal replacement and other watch repairs as needed
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality control following service, including functionality, timing, accuracy and water-resistance testing
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair records and track service progress
- Identify required replacement parts and assist with the organization and inventory of watchmaking tools, components and spare parts
- Follow manufacturer guidelines, technical procedures and service standards
- Identify and communicate technical, quality or authenticity concerns when appropriate
- Serve as a technical resource for the Weston Jewelers team and assist with complex watch service inquiries
- Participate in technical and brand-specific training as required for certification
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient Watch Service Center
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional Swiss watchmaking experience
- Professional watchmaking training and/or recognized watchmaking certification
- Previous professional experience servicing luxury Swiss timepieces
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements
- Demonstrated experience performing complete movement services and overhauls
- Experience with watch diagnostics, regulation, water-resistance testing and quality control
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple repairs
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Brand-specific training or certifications from leading Swiss watch manufacturers are highly valued
