Experienced Bench Jeweler – Full Time
We are seeking a highly experienced Bench Jeweler to join our established, high-volume jewelry store.
This position is for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the level of care required when handling fine jewelry and high-value merchandise.
Responsibilities
●Jewelry repair and restoration
●Ring sizing
●Chain and bracelet repair
●Soldering and laser welding
●Prong and setting repair
●Polishing and refinishing
●Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals
●Inspecting completed work to ensure a high standard of quality
●Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bench area
Requirements
●Minimum 5 years of professional bench jeweler experience required
●Strong repair and soldering skills
●Excellent attention to detail
●Ability to produce clean, consistent, professional-quality work
●Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced jewelry environment
●Experience handling fine jewelry and high-value merchandise
●Dependable, organized, and able to meet reasonable turnaround times
Experience working on Cartier frames or other luxury eyewear is a strong plus, but is not required. We can train an experienced jeweler on our specific frame repair and modification techniques.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position, not an entry-level opportunity. The right candidate will be experienced, reliable, professional, and confident in their bench skills.
