Amáli Jewelry is seeking experienced Master Jewelers or Bench Jewelers with strong expertise in the design, production, and repair of fine jewelry. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expert bench skills, deep knowledge of precious metals and gemstones, and a passion for custom craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise and high-quality repairs including ring sizing, chain repair, clasp replacement, and prong rebuilding
- Set stones in prongs and bezels, including fancy-shaped stones
- Rebuild channels and create new settings as needed
- Replace stones in worn or damaged jewelry
- Maintain shop organization and manage a steady production
- Collaborate with our production team and uphold Amáli’s standards of craftsmanship and design integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise working with 18k and sterling silver
- Master-level torch skills; laser welding experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- CAD experience is a plus
