Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jeweler, located in the City of Edinburgh. The Jeweler will be responsible for crafting and repairing jewelry, creating custom pieces, setting gemstones. Additional duties include performing quality control checks on finished pieces, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Jewellery crafting, gemstone setting, and custom piece creation skills
  • Experience in jewellery repair and maintenance
  • Proficiency in using jeweller’s tools and equipment maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the jewellery industry is a bonus
  • Certification or diploma in Jewellery Design, Gemology, or related field
