Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Jeweler to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations within a dynamic factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership abilities, and extensive experience in manufacturing processes. This role is vital for ensuring production efficiency, safety standards, and quality control across various assembly lines and warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, performing or coordinating necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste within the manufacturing facility.
- Jewelry repair.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a focus on assembly line operations.
- Strong understanding of factory safety protocols and best practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or manuals related to manufacturing equipment.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality control. Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
