Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler for a full-time, on-site role at our Lansdale, PA location. The Bench Jeweler will be responsible for designing, repairing, and maintaining jewelry pieces, including polishing and setting stones. The role also involves working closely with customers to create custom designs, ensuring their satisfaction. Additional tasks may include evaluating and advising on jewelry care and participating in continuous learning to improve craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jewelry Design and creating custom pieces
- Expertise in Polishing and handling Fashion Jewelry
- Strong Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
- Experience in Training and guiding team members is an advantage
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for precision work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in jewelry repair, stone setting, and related skills is a plus
