HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will be responsible for the initial assessment and subsequent repair of all types of jewellery, encompassing both routine servicing and complex repairs, while adhering to brand guidelines. In this role, you will determine the most appropriate repair strategy to meet expected lead times, demonstrating a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow defined interventions and repair flows
- Complete the daily allocated jobs according to brands Customer Service Policy
- Bracelets and necklaces chain extensions or length reduction with Laser-welding
- Re-shape deformed items
- Polishing of jewellery
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience post-graduation from Jewellery school.
- Proficient in handling a variety of delicate materials, including gemstones, semi-precious stones, wood, pearls, ceramic, resin, and coral.
- Experienced in fire-soldering, laser welding, and jewellery polishing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and resolve complex or unusual inquiries.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills
