Renowned for our bespoke engagement rings, fine gemstone jewellery, and world-class customer service, we are expanding and looking for an experienced professional who shares our commitment to craftsmanship and innovation.

With three established locations and exciting plans for growth, we are seeking an Experienced Jeweller to become an integral part of our vibrant and forward-thinking team. This position is ideal for a technically accomplished, detail-oriented individual with at least five years of experience in both retail sales and jewellery production.

Your Role:

As an Experienced Jeweller, you will bring your expertise in both customer engagement and jewellery knowledge to deliver outstanding service and impeccable pieces. You will play a key role in the creation, consultation, and delivery of bespoke fine jewellery, supporting clients from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on fine diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery design
  • Collaborate with clients to develop bespoke pieces and ensure a seamless experience
  • Carry out in-house assessments, inspections, and quality checks
  • Liaise with production and design teams to bring concepts to life
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and customer service
  • Maintain boutique merchandising standards

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in fine jewellery retail and production
  • Proficiency in jewellery-making techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Deep knowledge of diamonds, coloured stones, and high-value pieces
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to clients and team members
  • Strong sales and client relationship skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Highly organized, professional, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • FGA, DGA, GIA Graduate Gemmologist or Diamonds Graduate, or equivalent accreditation
  • Jewellery Design proficiency is a plus
