Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented experienced Diamond Setter/Jeweler/Goldsmith to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely setting diamonds into jewelry pieces, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency on the production line. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully set diamonds into jewelry components using specialized tools, ensuring secure placement and optimal appearance
  • Inspect finished pieces for quality, alignment, and adherence to design specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist in the setting process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards
  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols throughout all tasks

Experience

  • Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially within jewelry or related industries
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment
  • Warehouse experience advantageous for handling small parts and materials efficiently
  • Minimum of 2-year experience require
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise work consistently
  • Previous experience working with hand tools, assembly lines, or manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment
