About Us
Gold Lagoon is a family-owned jewelry and watch boutique with over 40 years of heritage in Baltimore. We specialize in fine jewelry, watch repair, gold and silver buying, and exceptional customer care.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team — someone who enjoys working with people, can handle small technical tasks like changing watch batteries & bands, and brings a friendly, professional presence to the store.
Responsibilities
- Replace batteries & bands in a variety of watch types (training provided if needed)
- Assist walk-in customers with jewelry and watch service inquiries
- Handle basic store tasks such as displaying merchandise
- Provide great customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Support the jeweler or sales team as needed
Qualifications
- Watch or jewelry experience is a plus but not required. We will train you!
- Friendly and professional demeanor with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willing to learn new skills (watch repair training can be provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
