Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CW21 Watchmaker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining precision timepieces with exceptional craftsmanship. Your mechanical expertise and meticulous attention to detail will ensure each watch meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. Repair Watch

Responsibilities

  • Assemble watch components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
  • Conduct detailed inspections of watch parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Repair and troubleshoot mechanical watch movements, replacing parts as needed with precision and care
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings to maintain consistency in production
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely when handling raw materials or finished products
  • Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production deadlines efficiently

Experience

  • Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably within the watchmaking or precision instrument industry
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory handling
  • Experience working with small components in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately
