Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry is a proud Rolex Authorized Service Center. An important part of our success over the past 30 years is the watch and jewelry services we provide to our clients. We are looking for a full-time expert Rolex Certified Watchmaker, an experienced watchmaker with CW 21 training, to work at our Rolex Official Jeweler store in the heart of beautiful south Orange County. Our ideal candidate understands the importance of delivering best in class service according to Rolex rules, policies and network productivity expectations. As a Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry Rolex Watch Technician you will be working within the privacy of SWG Rolex Plaque new workshop following the guidelines of a Rolex Authorized Service Center. Here at Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry we have Rolex specialists with customer service support experience to assist the watchmaker dealing with clients.

CW 21 is a must, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS CERTIFICATION TRAINING. If you have a CW 21 and at least 5 years in watchmaking experience in luxury brands we are willing to sponsor your training to become a Rolex Certified Technician. Depending on experience and Rolex test performance to confirm eligibility for accelerated training.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Rolex Technician (can be sponsored by SWG)
  • Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, CW21 certification
  • Possess legal papers to work in the US
  • At least 5 years of watchmaking experience in luxury brands

Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz timepieces.
  • Perform water resistance testing as well as replacement of all case gaskets as required
  • Ensure repair work meets or exceeds brand quality standards
  • Meet assigned service turnaround times
  • Ability to repair and refinish cases and bracelets
  • Basic verbal and written English communication skills

Wage: Contingent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.03 – $27.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
