We’re looking for a motivated Watchmaker Apprentice to join our team in Brentwood, TN! If you’re passionate about watches and eager to learn in a supportive, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your skills under the guidance of experienced watchmakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Change batteries and service cases without damaging components
- Perform pressure tests and basic movement replacements
- Replace crystals and pins, ensuring structural quality and fit
- Keep work areas, tools, dials, and hands clean and dust-free
- Identify parts needed for repair using case and movement numbers
Quality Control
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper function, finish, and water resistance
- Verify timekeeping and repair accuracy
- Ensure all watches are clean, damage-free, and meet company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
- Ability to work with small, delicate components
- Previous watch experience is a plus, but not required
