Watchmaker Job Opening

Key Responsibilities

  • Change batteries and service cases without damaging components
  • Perform pressure tests and basic movement replacements
  • Replace crystals and pins, ensuring structural quality and fit
  • Keep work areas, tools, dials, and hands clean and dust-free
  • Identify parts needed for repair using case and movement numbers

Quality Control

  • Inspect completed work to ensure proper function, finish, and water resistance
  • Verify timekeeping and repair accuracy
  • Ensure all watches are clean, damage-free, and meet company standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
  • Ability to work with small, delicate components
  • Previous watch experience is a plus, but not required
