Kerns Fine Jewelry in Burlingame, California is seeking two highly skilled watchmakers to join our team to be an integral part of the future of our after-sales service department. Rolex specific training, SAWTA, CW21 or WOSTEP certification a must. Candidate must be motivated, self-starter and able to multi-task in a busy family owned retail jewelry store. Competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, paid vacation. We are located just south of San Francisco in a very charming and culturally diverse area.
Immediate positions available. Will support travel for interview and moving expenses. Moving expenses reimbursed after probationary period.
Requirements
Diagnose and estimate necessary and optional service for Rolex movements. Movement overhaul, quality control to factory specifications, refinishing of case and bracelet. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines for delivery of finished repairs. Ability to work with customers during take-in, explaining estimate details and delivering finished repairs. Able to manage parts inventory and ordering. Must be extremely punctual and able to work 40+ hour workweek, Tuesday through Saturday.
