We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Repair Specialist to join our team. This role combines hands-on watch repair and service with coordination, communication, and workflow management. The ideal candidate is precise, organized, and comfortable working between watchmakers, supervisors, and internal systems to ensure timely, high-quality service for every timepiece.

Key Responsibilities

Watch Repair & Technical Services

  • Perform watch battery replacements and basic maintenance
  • Size and adjust watch bracelets and straps
  • Support quality control processes, including basic timing and functionality checks

Repair Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Receive repair quotes from watchmakers and accurately input them into the system
  • Communicate between watchmakers and supervisors regarding:
  • Required watch parts
  • Parts orders and availability
  • Repair status and progress
  • Estimated timeframes
  • Any issues or delays affecting jobs
  • Track repairs from intake through completion to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage daily workflow and prioritize jobs efficiently

Administrative & Transactional Duties

  • Process transactions related to watch services and repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records, notes, and documentation
  • Ensure all repair information is correctly logged and updated in the system

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to support high-volume periods and complex jobs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in watch repair, watch service, or a related role
  • Knowledge of watch components, basic repair procedures, and servicing workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs and tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort using computer systems for data entry and tracking
  • Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
