The Servicing department will echo Chrono24 principles and exacting standards working to offer services to customers and the trade, matching the quality of the manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
- Full involvement in all workshop processes.
- Servicing a wide range of high-end watches to a high standard.
- Analyzing watches for servicing/repair cost with purchasing department when required.
- Maintenance of the equipment in the workshop.
- Sourcing parts where needed.
- Ensuring quality of the repairs are in line with exacting standards.
- Occasional interaction with clients and presentation at events held by Chrono24 UK.
- Day to day crossover and involvement with other tasks in the day-to-day running of the business when necessary.
Role Requirements:
- Qualification or Degree in Watchmaking.
- Having a Quality over Quantity attitude
- Able to work under pressure and work towards deadlines, this will mean juggling workload to cope with last minute repairs if needed.
- Good presentation for front of house and client welcoming.
- Autonomous – can manage their own workload from start to finish.
- Is willing to share knowledge – we have a lot of wide ranging experience between us and enjoy passing this on.
- Is happy to work on everything – battery exchanges through to vintage and complications.
