Luxe Watches is the UK’s leading omni channel retailer of pre-owned luxury watches. With a flagship boutique in Epping and a dedicated after sales watch service centre. Luxe Watches offers a complete experience for retail and wholesale customers and we are looking for an experienced and accredited watchmaker to join our after-sales team.
Luxe Watches is committed to ensuring quality maintenance in the years after the purchase of a watch and with the launch of an in-house service centre, we are dedicated to satisfying all client requests.
As our in-house watchmaker, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all client requirements including cleaning and servicing and aesthetic restoration.
You will have previous experience with servicing and repairing brand models including, mechanical, quartz, ETA based Modular chronograph movements. Ideally, you would have previously worked within a service/production environment and be able to work confidently on the following ETA Calibres: 2824, 2892 and 7750.
As this element of the business grows, you will be encouraged to grow your team and welcome the opportunity to train and support the development of junior staff members. You will have a dedicated retail coordinator to handle all administrative duties to allow you to focus on your own workload. You will be highly organised and capable with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across the business.
