Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
• Liaising with the Service Department for information on customer orders
• Provide estimations for customers i.e. costings and timescales
• Communicate with suppliers for parts and estimates and work closely with them to establish turnaround times on repairs that cannot be done in house.
• Carry out watch repairs for the Service department and review costs for repair work annually, advising the Managing Director
• Develop good working relationships with shop staff to ensure sufficient service and delivery

Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in prestige watch repairs and service of all styles of movements
• Applicants must be a graduate of an appropriate watchmaking programme e.g. Worstep or BHI
• Good communication skills
• Creativity and initiative
• Computer literate
• Proven organiser with attention to detail
• Prestige brand accreditation such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Patek is desired
• Some coaching and training experience is desired
