We are a fast-paced luxury retailer in the evolving world of fashion and fine timepieces—and we are looking for a skilled Watchmaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Disassemble, diagnose, service, and reassemble quartz and mechanical watches using top-tier equipment
Size new watches and perform strap and bracelet repairs
Assemble cases and complete water-resistance testing
Polish and refinish watch cases and bracelets, working with timepieces ranging from $20 to $50,000+
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Weekend or extended hours may be required during events, peak seasons, or holidays.
Compensation: Based on certification and direct work experience.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent eye/hand coordination
Knowledge of chronographs (a plus)
Strong time management and commitment to deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills with colleagues and outside contacts
Ability to sit, focus, and perform fine-detail work for extended periods
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of watchmaking school or apprenticeship under a certified Watchmaker
CW21 certification or other industry training required
Prior experience in the jewelry or watch industry required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
Physical Demands
Excellent vision and manual dexterity for small-object handling
Ability to maintain concentration on detailed work for long periods
Extended periods of sitting, standing, and use of tools
