If so , we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team based in Le Brassus as a Laboratory Watchmaking Technician (M/F).
HOW WILL YOU HAVE AN IMPACT?
- Qualification and Approval of new products, Product Optimization:
In collaboration with the Laboratory Project Managers and the project teams, you contribute to the development of new watchmaking products and complications, ensuring their compliance with specifications as well as their robustness and reliability.
You develop and implement qualification and approval plans for products under development, as well as for developments and optimizations of production products.
You play a key role in analyzing results, ensuring the rigorous writing of test reports and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Production support and continuous improvement:
You provide support to the R&D, Production and After-Sales Service departments to carry out technical analyses, particularly as part of continuous improvement initiatives (QRQC, problem solving, etc.).
As part of Laboratory Analysis Requests (LAR), you define and execute test plans tailored to identified issues, while meeting deadlines. You are a driving force in identifying relevant and sustainable solutions.
- Development of standards and technical references:
You contribute to the development and evolution of watchmaking standards and references, by identifying points requiring technical alignment and by carrying out the necessary tests and analyses to define the requirements.
You will participate in the integration of new laboratory equipment and the optimization of existing devices, in order to continuously improve testing and validation capabilities. You will participate in the integration of new equipment and optimize existing ones.
PROFILE
- Motivated by the field of watchmaking, analysis, technique, teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Coming from a CFC Watchmaking training course or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by experience in the development and validation of watch movements or precision components.
- Have in-depth knowledge of watchmaking techniques (assembly, adjustment, casing and quality control)
- Comfortable with office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Endowed with a great capacity for analysis, dynamic, ability to solve complex problems, quick in adapting to new environments, rigorous and very good communicator.
- Open to occasional travel to our Plan-les-Ouates site.
