Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair:

· Conduct thorough assessments of watch functionality.

· Identify issues and perform repairs on mechanical and electronic components.

· Handle delicate watch mechanisms with precision.

Servicing and Maintenance:

· Perform regular servicing of watches to ensure their optimal performance.

· Clean, lubricate, and replace worn or defective parts.

· Adjust timekeeping accuracy.

Quality Control:

· Ensure that all serviced watches meet the high standards set by Rolex and Breitling.

· Conduct final inspections to verify that repairs and servicing are flawless

Customer Consultation:

· Provide expert advice to customers on the care and maintenance of their timepieces.

· Assist in identifying and resolving specific watch-related issues.

Record Keeping:

· Maintain detailed records of all serviced watches.

· Ensure documentation complies with brand and industry standards.

Continued Education and Certification:

· Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies in watchmaking.

· Maintain and renew necessary certifications from Rolex and Breitling.

Requirements:

Education: Certified Watchmaker (CW21 or equivalent).

Experience: Several years of experience in servicing and repairing Rolex and Breitling watches.

Skills: Exceptional dexterity, attention to detail, and precision.

Personal Traits: Patience, strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service orientation.
