Job Type: Full-Time
Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
As a Watch Maker at BAYAM Jewelry, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mechanical & Automatic Watch Repair: Performing comprehensive repair and maintenance of mechanical and automatic watches, with a particular focus on Rolex timepieces.
- Inspection & Diagnosis: Conducting thorough assessments of watch issues, diagnosing problems accurately, and providing solutions for luxury watches.
- Cleaning & Polishing: Cleaning watch movements, cases, and bracelets to maintain the pristine condition of each piece.
- Movement Assembly & Adjustment: Assembling, disassembling, adjusting, and fine-tuning watch movements with precision and accuracy.
- Component Replacement: Replacing defective parts such as crowns, crystals, hands, dials, gaskets, and springs with authentic components.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all repaired watches meet the high standards of BAYAM Jewelry’s quality assurance procedures before returning them to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all repair work, including diagnosis, repairs made, parts used, and maintenance procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Providing professional advice and guidance to clients regarding watch repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Collaborative Work: Working alongside our team to meet service timelines and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with luxury watches, including mechanical and automatic models.
- Extensive experience with Rolex watches is mandatory.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of watch components, movements, and materials, including precious metals, sapphire crystal, and various movement types.
- Familiarity with industry standards for luxury watch repair and servicing.
Skills:
- High proficiency in manual and automated watch assembly, repair techniques, and adjustment procedures.
- Skilled in the use of specialized horological tools and equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all aspects of repair work.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical details to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate repair records.
