Duties

  • Assemble and fabricate watch components using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of watch parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work efficiently on an assembly line, maintaining productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair watches as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts as necessary for the movement of materials within the facility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Watchmaker or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with both hand tools and power tools.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and quality control measures.
  • Ability to fabricate components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
