We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling intricate components. As a Watchmaker, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality timepieces, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every piece.

Duties
- Assemble and fabricate watch components using both hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of watch parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work efficiently on an assembly line, maintaining productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair watches as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts as necessary for the movement of materials within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Watchmaker or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with both hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and quality control measures.
- Ability to fabricate components with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
