Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and overhaul luxury mechanical and automatic watches
  • Work on high-end brands while maintaining strict quality and precision standards
  • Perform complete movement disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and reassembly
  • Conduct timing, water-resistance testing, and final quality control checks
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation
  • Handle watches with the utmost care and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service timelines and customer expectations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a professional watchmaker (luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to service mechanical and automatic movements independently
  • Strong understanding of horology, movement complications, and precision adjustment
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Familiarity with modern timing and diagnostic equipment
  • AWCI, SAWTA, WOSTEP, or similar certifications
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to craftsmanship excellence

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
