Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly and manufacturing processes. As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining watches with precision and attention to detail. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work efficiently on an assembly line.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble watches using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform repairs on various watch components, ensuring functionality and quality.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  • Utilize forklift operations when necessary for material handling within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while working with machinery and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to watchmaking or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Need to be able to check for authenticity of watches that are purchased.
  • If you know how to polish a watch it is a guaranteed plus and will be compensated for this.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
