Watchmaker / Watch Technician (Full-Time)

Chrono Sky Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Watchmaker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and servicing of first-rate watch brands, maintaining the highest standards of precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete servicing, repairs, and overhauls on high-end timepieces
- Diagnose mechanical and quartz movement issues with accuracy
- Work with automatic movements, chronographs, and perpetual calendars
- Ensure all repairs meet brand-level quality control standards
- Manage multiple repairs efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional watchmaking experience
- Proven experience with:
- Quartz watches
- Automatic watches
- Chronographs
- Perpetual calendars
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish
