Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Manhattan, NY, for a Watchmaker. The Watchmaker will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of luxury watches and clocks. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality control checks to ensure the highest level of accuracy and authenticity, diagnosing issues, disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling timepieces, and providing exceptional customer service. The Watchmaker will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s commitment to quality.
Qualifications
- Experience with Watch Repair and Clocks
- Skills in performing Quality Control and maintaining a High Level Of Accuracy
- Proficiency in working with Watches
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Technical training or certification in watchmaking is beneficial
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
