Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Watchmaker role located in Oviedo, FL. The Watchmaker will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of timepieces, including both modern and vintage watches and clocks. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The professional will interact directly with customers, offering expertise and guidance regarding their repair needs while adhering to company service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Watch Repair, including diagnosing and servicing various types of watches
- Experience with Clocks and knowledge of their mechanisms
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes to ensure precision and functionality
- Demonstrated High Level of Accuracy in performing repairs and adjustments
- Familiarity with different models and brands of Watches
- Attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication skills for customer interactions and providing exceptional service
- Prior certification or professional training as a watchmaker is highly desirable
