Job Opening: Part-Time Seasonal Permanent Jewelry Maker
Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY and Manhattan, NY
Hourly Pay | Flexible Schedule | Creative Environment
Awita New York Design is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Permanent Jewelry Maker to join our team for part-time and seasonal work. This role is ideal for someone with experience in jewelry making—especially welding—and a passion for personalized, lasting designs.
What You’ll Do:
– Create and weld permanent jewelry pieces (bracelets, anklets, chokers, rings) for clients
– Assist customers in selecting chains, charms, and sizing
– Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail or market setting
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station
– Work at our studio and/or pop-up market locations (some weekend shifts included)
Requirements:
– Experience in jewelry making; welding experience strongly preferred
– Comfortable working with small tools and in close proximity to customers
– Friendly, professional, and punctual
– Available to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal events
– Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
